All paintings are done by the artist ÔJE. The materials used are of high quality.
All original paintings comes with a COA (certificate of authenticity).
Prints are signed and numbered by the artist with no COA.
At this moment ÔJE only accepts orders that follow the line intended by the artist, not detracting from his artistic language.
We’re very sorry but we can’t hold any Painting our Print, even with 50% paid before.
I recommend unrolling your print RIGHT AWAY when you receive it, and lay it flat for a few days or take your artwork straight to the framer.
If this can’t be done, after unrolling it from the packaging, please use two hands to support your print so it will not bend. A crease or scratch in the print is permanent.
The cardboard tube used to pack your artwork is not suitable for long-time storage.
Please keep your new artwork covered until it is framed to avoid damage. Be careful of water, hard objects & adhesives as these can damage and scratch the surface of your artwork. Try not to use your hands to wipe off any dust as this can also scratch the surface.
After being framed, try to keep your print away from direct sunlight as UV rays can eventually affect the colors over time
All payments are taken in EUR (€), Paypal or Credit card are the available methods and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
All orders will be processed in 2 to 10 working days. We give our best to pack your order as soon as possible. Most of orders will arrive within 10 business days. Counting from the date when the order is dispatched (not from the time when you placed the order). We advice you to wait up to 30 days for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order is complete. Sometimes it might not be possible to pack and send them right away. We ask for your understanding. Delivery of completed orders will be made on our carefully selected courier companies or any other delivery services at the discretion of ÔJE Shop.
As they officially have to deliver the package to you personally, if you miss the delivery and they leave a note on your door for another attempt, you need to contact the courier to see with them, as is difficult for us to contact them (especially if you’re in another country).
Please allow at least 2 weeks if you’re in Europe to receive your order. If you are outside of Europe some orders are being delivered after 30 days due to the global pandemic.
You didn’t receive your package? Please contact us first.
If after a month, you still didn’t receive the package, then, we will open a case with the courier so they can try to locate the package.
